1. Duration for which we process your data

As a principle, AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. will process your personal data as much as is necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal obligations falling under the responsibility of AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. e.g., in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the legal retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).

If you are a customer and exercise the option to delete your user account, by pressing the Delete account button in the My account information section, AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications by which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through the site. In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you such emails and/or SMS. However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically delete your personal data. If you want your personal data to stop being processed or if you want the data to be deleted, you can exercise the rights detailed in point VII below. If you request the deletion of the account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request to delete the account can only be registered after the delivery of the products and the completion of the last active order.

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. based on the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

• Right of access to data, respectively the right to obtain confirmation from AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding the processing activities such as how the data are processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc;
• Right to rectification, respectively the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification by AGRO COUNTRY-STYLE S.R.L. of inaccurate/ unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; The rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
• Right to erasure of your personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed, when consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing, when the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, when personal data have been unlawfully processed, when personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.
• Right to restriction of processing of your personal data in the following cases: when the accuracy of the data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the data, when processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead, when the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or the data subject has objected to processing (other than direct marketing), pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
